NeuroAbundant offers unique enriching experiences for the neurodivergent professional.
You deserve all the good things.
But they don’t always come easily to us do they? As neurodivergent humans living in a hypercapitalist neurotypical ableist society, just existing can be hard. You’ve got the perfect storm for burnout, isolation, self-doubt and blame.
At NeuroAbundant, we aim to make that just a little bit easier… and maybe change the world while we’re at it.
Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, PDAers, Dyslexic, Dysgraphic, OCD, PTSD – whatever your combination of neurodivergence, you’re welcome here. You don’t need any letters! (But you’re welcome to bring them with you!) We celebrate your self-understanding and neurotype, whatever that may be!
NeuroAbundant is THE PLACE for thoughtful, creative & curious neurodivergent humans who are looking to create more fun, financial stability and balance in their lives.
NeuroAbundant provides the support, education, adventure and risk-taking necessary to break free from the 9-5, discover a uniquely balanced life, grow a successful business (if that’s something you want!) and thrive personally.
In a world built for neuro-“typical” brains, traveling, retreats, professional conferences, courses and even support spaces can be confusing, overwhelming and filled with non-direct communication. NeuroAbundant is designed for those of us that sometimes need more nuanced support AND a bit more independence to DO IT OUR WAY.
Offering retreats every year at exciting new locations, neurodiversity affirming education, small business coaching, professional consultation, thoughtfully written content and carefully curated community spaces, NeuroAbundant allows participants the opportunity to reconnect (with yourself & your community), reset (relax, have fun, fill up your cup) and learn all the things!

Therapist | Coach | AuDHD Entreprenur | Owner of NeuroAbundant Retreats
As a therapist who specializes in neurodivergence, I’ve helped many clients better understand their unique brain chemistry, consider intersecting identities and build vast & deep systems of support.
NeuroAbundant came from my desire to connect with and support neurodivergent people outside of the therapy room. It’s a true labor of love and it combines many of my nerdiest special interests including AuDHD coaching, writing, collective collaboration, social justice, art, teaching & facilitating, the magic of shared identity group work, well-organized travel and adventure!
However we meet, I’m glad we did!
Reese Ramponi, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Therapist | Neurodiversity Expert | Change Facilitator
Reese is a queer, white, ADHD- Autistic person raised in Alaska (unceded Dena’ina Athabaskan land).
Reese studied Religion and Psychology at Dartmouth College. They completed Yale’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program and have been working with queer and neurodivergent youth since 2018.
Reese is dedicated to creating accessible, decolonized spaces where clients are given agency to make informed decisions about their health. They are passionate about helping people who have been traditionally excluded from evidence-based medicine models.
Reese has been involved in queer and neurodiversity advocacy for the past 8 years as a photographer, healthcare educator and change facilitator.
